At Piccolo Living, we build functional and beautifully finished dwellings.
Built by registered builders and licensed trades we design and construct our dwellings and deliver them to you, taking away the mess and hassle of on-site construction.
Our options include:
- Backyard Studios, Offices or small recreational spaces
- Modular Dwellings, Granny Flats or Second Dwellings for personal use or accomodation
- Tiny homes on wheels
Who we are
We are a family owned and operated business based in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, VIC.
Our Tailored designs are built with expert craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail for the final product. Our goal is to provide alternate living, accommodation or recreational options that are practical and well made.
Spearheaded by a licensed builder with two decades of residential and commercial building experience, alongside an Interior Designer you can ensure our projects are well built and well considered inside and out. Every project is unique and we take the time to understand your desires and produce your ultimate space. We can’t wait to discuss your project!

Consult and Quote
Once we discuss and confirm your requirements, via zoom or in person. We provide an accurate final quote with inclusions and chosen finishes.
Payment and Construction
Once a deposit is made, all the elements will begin to come together.
Working with our in house designer to finalise selections, construction will then commence.
Delivery
Once your Piccolo Living dwelling is completed we deliver your finished space to you
